The studio is located inside Sola Salon Studios at 901 S Coast Dr, Costa Mesa, CA 92626, in the Metro Pointe shopping center.

Park near DSW; the entrance to Sola Salon is directly next door on the ground floor. Once inside the main lobby, turn left and follow the corridor all the way around to Suite 18. Parking is plentiful and free.

To make an appointment, send a request via form or send a text to (708) 990.2073. For the Express Pour, walk-ins are welcome but space is limited to two in the suite at a time. During other hours, you can send a text to see if there is a time available.

Single seats remain open for booking. If another guest books the second seat, you’ll share the counter with a new friend. Your materials, selection access, and personal bench time remain identical whether you’re in the suite alone or sharing the space.

Yes, on a limited basis. I bring the mobile studio to private venues for groups of 8 or more guests. Travel fees apply based on distance and setup requirements. Inquire directly through my contact form.

Sessions run on a fixed schedule:

• The House Pour: 50 minutes.
• The Private Reserve: 90 minutes for one guest, or 120 minutes for two guests.

I provide a 5-minute grace period. Because sessions are structured sequentially, appointments start promptly. If you arrive late, you will join your session in progress; I cannot restart the introduction or extend the clock into the next booking.

You choose from a tailored selection of blends mixed in-house for your session. While there is no hard limit on how many blends you can combine, I guide every guest toward a sweet spot of 3 to 4 distinct blends. This balance gives your fragrance depth and presence without letting the individual notes get lost or muddy.

I don’t make dupes or clones. If you want to capture a specific scent profile or recreate an olfactory memory, that work requires either The Private Reserve or a Bespoke commission. In those tiers, we break down the notes, accords, and dry-down characteristics you love to guide a new, tailored formula.

Standard sessions like The House Pour and The Express Pour work strictly with my fixed collection of in-house accords, where you build a formula from the available library rather than matching an outside commercial profile.

Your take-home bottle depends on your session tier:

• The Express Pour: A 10ml travel spray with an optional bottle charm.
• The House Pour: A 10ml spray bottle or an 8ml roller. The Icon and Vanity bottles are available as upgrades.
• The Private Reserve: Your choice of a 30ml Icon spray bottle, or a pairing of a 15ml glass Vanity dabber plus a 5ml travel roller.

Yes. During your session, you record every drop on an official formula card. At checkout, I archive your exact ratios in the Eau’dacity Scent Ledger under your name so your formula is protected and ready for future studio refills.

Once you’re ready, you can schedule a 20-minute Refill Session and bring in your clean bottle to mix your formula. This is dedicated lab time to recreate your existing formula at the bench. You can adjust your ratio slightly for depth, but this time is reserved for rebuilding your archived profile rather than starting over. To protect the integrity of the formula, refills cannot be mixed into an existing batch.

Choose the Concierge Service to have it mixed and packaged in a plain refill bottle to be picked up at a later time.

Your Icon or Vanity bottle are designed to unscrew and refill. If you order the Concierge Service, your formula will be made in a plain refill bottle that must be poured immediately into your emptied Eau’dacity bottle. For best results, empty, clean, and dry thoroughly before refilling.
